How to install the heat shrinkable tubes for gas piping ?
Before welding, first set the heat-shrinkable tube and drag it on one side; then weld the steel pipe, remove the weld tumor, burr and impurities at the weld opening, then apply epoxy paint (epoxy paint is recommended, some gas companies are using it), then drag the heat-shrinkable tube over so that the weld opening is centered and heated and shrunk from the middle to both ends, or from one end to the other.
Note: The heat shrinkable tubes for gas piping  is different from the adhesive heat shrink tube for electric power or communication in the market, because those heat shrink tubes, the hot melt adhesive coated inside is mainly used for bonding PVC or PE, while steel is a polar material, basically not sticky, or the bonding strength is very weak. The heat shrinkable tubes for gas piping , the inner coated adhesive is grafted by maleic anhydride, which has good bonding strength to bare steel.
