Glued insulation tube, including low-voltage and high-voltage insulation tube. So-called glued, actually referring to the application of glue on both ends of the insulation tube. Without glue, or specify the distance of the glue, can be arranged for production, as we said before, the color of heat shrink tube, the length of insulation tube, etc., can be arranged separately, customers can rest assured.
Glued insulation tube, used with heat shrink cable terminal, which has two types of high pressure and low pressure. Naturally-fitted glued insulation tube has these two points too, but regardless of voltage level, hot-melt adhesive and coating method are the same.
Glued insulation tube is actually coated with hot-melt adhesive on both ends of the insulation tube. The hot-melt adhesive, when it have not been heated, presents a granular substance. Once heated, it melts, just like glue. Then we will arrange to coat the inner wall of the insulation tube. After the process, it will solidify, we know that whether the heat shrink tube or the cable terminal kit, it needs to be heated with an external tool during operation. Therefore, the solidified hot melt adhesive melts again after being heated, and fits on the surface of the quilt cover object.
